Learning Pranayama, to breath deep diaphragmatic breaths gives us the tools to cope with the stress life throws at us from time to time.

 

Yoga breathing practice is referred to as Pranayama and is the rhythmic control of the breath.  There are various techniques for a variety of needs and learning them may give the practioner many benefits.
