What should I wear to classes?

Just wear something a little stretchy and comfortable, cool in the summer and layers in the winter.



Do I need to bring a drink, towel or my own mat?

​A drink is sometimes good for the hot summer months but a towel is not necessary in yoga or Pilates.

In the interest of hygiene please bring your own mat to classes.

I am a beginner, do I need to start with a beginners class?

No all my classes cater for all levels of ability but if you feel you need some extra help a couple of one on one sessions would be advisable.

How often should I come in a week?

​Most people only come once a week and get great results but twice just means you will gains strength and flexibility just that much faster.   Often busy lives only allow for one session per week.


Do I need to make a booking for classes?

​Yes booking is essential, my studio is small, classes hold 9 people maximum so I need to know who is coming when so classes aren't over flowing.
